Appointments are always difficult to make, Often you are in a queue on the phone. I have phoned 1 minute after opening time and I am 20th in the queue!!! Don’t understand that at all.

I don’t know the answer with regards appointments but I am sure there must be a fair solution to be found

You have to phone just at the right time or they’re all taken but that’ll be the same nationwide so nothing bad about this surgery.

The GP always helpful and so easy to book Appointment, while the receptionists are so helpful and kind the environment is so accommodating, friendly, The App is so easy to navigate and clear...

Just continue improving more and keep the standard practice as usual.
